Why Now is The Best Time To Invest In Real Estate
April 29th, 2008 1:16 PM

As many of you are aware the doomsayers are now predicting the crash of the real estate market. Well i can tell you that no matter what is being said about the market, or the economy or stocks real estate is still going strong. I cant imagine something happening to our economy that would make real estate investing a bad deal. Can you? it is the biggest industry in the world, the number one investment! And yes i'm including your average home owner who only thinks of his home as just a place to live, yes believe it or not it's still an investment and in most instances the only one you have.

The fact that the market is a little challenging does not make it a bad deal. We run for the hills, until it gets better. But if you are savy about your real estate investing then you will agree that now is the best time to be investing in this beautiful thing we call real estate. The american dream of home ownership is alive and well, every one needs a place to live, so you either own it or rent it the choice is up to you.

Are you Serious About Investing?
April 22nd, 2008 3:52 PM

No matter how much money you spend on education, it's all up to you. No one is going to push you to do some thing , your not up to doing. Discipline , that's -what it takes. Real estate investing will not work with out hard work.

I don't think you need to spend thousands of dollars to learn how to invest, unless your at the advance level. If you are just getting started , all you need is a good book on the basics of Investing in real estate, why spend the money on books and tapes,  that more than  likely is  going on the shelf.  I know that we some times feel that we get what we pay for, and that's true to a point , i have invested in my knowledge for many years. I have a library with just about every course , starting with ed beckly, i bet you don't know who he is? were going way back now (1986 to be exact). But the point i'm making is start small and grow from there, just like your real estate investments, and every thing else has a way of working out.
